RE: Letter of Reference and Reverence

To Whom It May Concern,

I’ve known Cliff Hockley for about 15 years, but in advance of that I’d heard of his CRE firm in the Portland area. We met via the Oregon/SW Washington CCIM Chapter.

After getting to know Cliff, our family has sought out his advice as a Trusted Advisor. We’ve vetted a number of professionals, in various fields, and sought his advice because we could see that he clearly knows what he’s talking about, and his advice would be sound. He’s counseled us on Property Management, Operational, Compensation, Retention, and Valuation issues within the property management/maintenance realm.

As a CCIM designee, and when I was a Board Member of the local chapter, I often sought out Cliff to present real world information at our luncheon meetings at the Multnomah Athletic Club. He always kindly obliged. His presentations were always timely, with excellent content, and very well attended. To our Chapter Cliff was, and is, a bit of a legend in Portland, Oregon commercial real estate.

As a CRE broker, I know Cliff has a stellar reputation and has many long-term clients. Having long-term clients in real estate means you’re doing right by them and their investment dollars.

I was saddened to hear that Cliff moved away from Portland, however in our digital world, he’s really only an email, text, or phone call away.

Cliff is one of those rare, accomplished hard-working men who willingly take the time to help you improve your game or your situation. Consider yourself fortunate if you have the opportunity to work with him.

Kindest Regards,
